There are many restaurants to choose from in Seattle.
- Duke's Seafood - There are a variety of dishes to choose from at Duke's Seafood from seafood to burgers there is a meal that everyone can enjoy! Duke's also has salads and soup and Duke's is known for it's clam chowder.
- The Pink Door - The Pink Door is an Italian Restaurant and has menu items that include lasagna, spaghetti, and fish.
- Le Coin - Le Coin is a French Restaurant and has some tasty menu items. Dishes on the menu include steak, duck, burgers, pork chops and pasta. There is even a vegetarian menu with a variety of options from Legumes to salads.
- Saint Bread - Saint Bread is a bakery and has a variety of pastry items that include croissants, cookies, and cake. Along with the delicious pastry treats, Saint Bread also offers a wide selection of beverage options from tea to coffee and even hot chocolate. There are even cappucino and latte options available too. Saint Bread also has a Dinner menu that includes a couuple of options such as a cheeseburger or a noodle bowl. Dinner is from 5pm-8pm Thursday - Friday at Saint Bread and no reservations are needed.

There are many popular places to visit in Seattle.
- Space Needle - The Space Needle is an iconic monument in Seattle and is a very popular tourist attractions in the city. Tours are available year round and the Space Needle is open everyday of the week for visits.
- Museum of Pop Culture - This museum has a variety of interesting displays to see including a Hip-Hop room with pictures of famous Hip-Hop Artists and a room with a guitar collection. There is also a Science Fiction room that has displays from the Star Wars, Star Trek, and Indiana Jones movies. If these displays aren't enough, there is even a room with several different music stations to learn how to play different musical instruments and several recording studios to record music!
- Chihuly Garden and Glass Museum - The Chihuly Garden and Glass Museum is right next to the Space Needle and has an amazing display of glass! There are multiple rooms to visit within the museum to see several neat glass displays. There is even a glasshouse and garden with glass sculptures!
- Pike Place Market - Pikes Place Market is a neat area to walk around in Seattle. When touring the Pike Place Market area be sure to check out the original Starbucks and the famous fish throwing inside the Market area.
Important Information to know when traveling to Seattle
When traveling to Seattle prepare for rainy weather and bring a rain jacket. There are many hills in Seattle so prepare for hilly roads when walking and driving. Be prepared for a time change as Seattle is on Pacific Coast Time and is 2 hours behind Chicago so sleep schedule and sleep patterns may be affected. Do not stay out too late at night in Seattle as some areas can get rough at night.
